§ 2-99. Signatures.

Latest version.

Any directing of distributions, authorizations of payments, or authorization of investments of capital reserve funds shall require the signatures of both the mayor and mayor pro tem, and either the city clerk or city manager to be official.

All authorized signatures are as referenced on the "Notification to South Trust Bank, N.A." (the "trustee"); and will be required to be updated on an annual basis upon the request of the trustee.
